True Yoga uses Simon Lovelock’s unique ability to blend meaningful instrumentation and breathtaking composition to present an album that is dually practical for both group and solo practice or simply a pleasure to be listened to. Through the manipulation of traditional raga forms the album has been designed to encompass the main practices of Yoga with tracks dedicated to Asanas, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation, all these maintaining the same ambiance yet distinctly different in their musical approach. The CD also comes with a comprehensive sleeve detailing the history of yoga and, as a first for the true series, also contains a photographic illustration of the Sun Salutation.
